This project consists of a 6-story, 185,823-sf office building and a clinic for the Alameda County social services. The project is located on a 4.57 ac lot with a 400-stall parking lot.

Surveying services include topographic/ boundary, ALTA survey, lot merger. Civil Engineering services include design and construction documents, construction administration, and coordination with all relevant agencies. Design includes new street layouts, site improvements; grading and drainage; extensive retaining wall design; and utility layout. Construction documentation includes construction drawings, specification and cost estimate.
