The Argenta Apartments is a mix-use project located at the intersection of Polk and Fell Street. It consists of 180 condo unit on 20 floors, with several street level retail spaces and underground parking.

TECI scope includes construction drawings and specifications from schematic to construction administration. Our services include demolition, site improvements, grading, utility design and coordination. TECI also lead the coordination effort with public agencies. TECI also prepared the condo mapping for the project.
