This project is comprised of a new, single story free-standing reinforced masonry block building, which will provide approximately 1,853 gross square feet of Clinical Case Management space and related site improvements. The building includes offices, group rooms, and other support areas.

Site improvements including grading, building pad preparation, utility design, site lighting, fencing, on-site retaining walls and concrete walkways.
