This project is comprised of a new, single story free-standing reinforced masonry block building, which will provide approximately 3,289 gross square feet of an Enhanced Outpatient Program space, 3,601 gross square feet of Clinical Case Management space and related site improvements. The building includes offices, group rooms, and other support areas.

Site improvements including grading, building pad preparation, utility connections, site lighting, fencing, and concrete walkways.
