This mixed-use development including 240 affordable rental units of family and senior housing, a 5,400sf youth and family center and a 3,000 sf commercial and retail space. Total development is estimated to be 256,000 square feet on approximately 46,000sf of land comprised of three parcels.

Telamon provided civil engineering services for this LEED building from schematic design through construction administration. Construction drawings included site improvement, grading, utility and erosion control plans. TECI also prepared the specification for the civil portion of the work.
