The Millennium Tower

The project consists of a 58-story tower that would include a 14-story hotel topped by 320 condominiums. 

TECI provided Civil Engineering design for grading and drainage elements, as well as all wet utilities design. We coordinated the civil elements with all relevant governing agencies/companies (PG&E, SBC, and Cable TV) from the Schematic Design phase through the Construction Administration phase.
