he project is a new branch library to be constructed on the vacant triangle lot at the corner of Columbus and Lombard Street (701 Lombard Street). The building will be approximately 8,500 square feet on two levels.

TECI is the Civil Engineer of Record for this project. Scope includes: demolition of existing library; design of public street pavement, stormwater control plan (SCP), drainage, sidewalk improvements, grading, ADA pathway & ramps; street modification planning approval coordination; coordination with infrastructure utility relocation, legal descriptions or final map for new roadway and sidewalk.
