East Oakland Sports Center

The project is the design and construction of a state of the art, 25,000-square-foot community sports, recreation, and aquatics center in Ira Jinkins Park in Oakland. It includes an indoor leisure pool, dance and   aerobics studio, a fitness center, locker rooms, a lobby and an 80-car parking lot.

TECI provided civil engineering and utility relocation for the site. For LEED, we are studying the on-site water quality and storage prior to disposal to the off-site system.
